Dear Athlete/Parent/Guardian,
The new Committee of Harlow Athletic Club would like to realign the memberships of the club back to that outlined in the Club Constitution which means that memberships will all start from1st January 2012.
ALL MEMBERS NOW NEED TO COMPLETE A NEW MEMBERSHIP FORM
We are aware that some members have different dates for their yearly membership and to ensure fairness we are going to use a sliding scale for this year for payment of membership fees.
If your membership was renewed/started between 1 October and 31 December 2011 you will need to complete a new membership form only.
If your membership was renewed/started between 1 July and 30 September 2011 you pay 50% for your membership for 2012.
If your membership was renewed/started between 1 April and 30 June 2011 you pay 75% for your membership for 2012.
If your membership was renewed/started between 1 January and 31 March 2011 you will need to pay 100%.
The membership fees for 2012 are as follows.
Mini (under 11) £10.00
Junior (up to age 18) £20.00
Senior/Vet £25.00
If you are a life member, coach or official and you wish to compete during 2012 you must still pay the £5.00 registration fee for England Athletics.
