All Ability coaching for those with additional needs is on Monday 5.30 – 6.30 pm (10 – 14 yrs) and 6.30 – 7.30 pm (15 – Adult)
Essex Track and Field County Championships April 28th , May 12th and 13th
Harlow has enjoyed considerable success in the past but has in more recent years been in the doldrums. The performance of the current crop of young athletes offers hope for the future. Congratulations to the following for their performances.

It is difficult to single out individuals but special congratulations to:
Naomi Harryman for her Bronze medal to add to her indoor success earlier in the year;
Lewis Harknett for reaching two finals – he is still young enough to compete in the same age group next year;
Amy Hunt who competed for the first time only two weeks ago.
